Jackie Reynolds is a clown, a magician and a seeker of odd skills. She is an ambidextrous author, and a tri-lingual ventriloquist. She left a chemical engineering career to pursue the mystery she finds in clowning. She often says yes to things she does not understand just for the thrill of discovery.
Bringing the best and brightest entertainment to events as Jackie the Magician, Bee Bee the Clown, Mrs. Santa Claus, and Fairy Godmother.
Ten things about me:
- The colors blue, teal, green and purple feel beautiful to me, especially when they are beside each other.
- I have a degree in Chemical Engineering. For a while I worked as an engineer for Polaroid making film. …That career did not develop.
- My work (and play) as Bee Bee the Clown began in 1991.
- I am self-taught as a clown, magician, ventriloquist and juggler.
- I greatly admire and appreciate those who teach, and encourage others.
- I write mostly with my right hand; sometimes I write with my left hand.
- I can paint, and draw, and read upside down, and backwards.
- I can speak English, and Spanish, and some Japanese.
- I appreciate sign language, and how people communicate, talking with their hands.
- I know how to milk a goat. I can make delicious goat milk cheese, and goat milk fudge.
A few thoughts and quotes…

- “To be a clown it takes more than a red nose. It takes three things: The mind of a writer. The heart of a poet. The body of an athlete. But the most important thing for a clown is to be a good person.” – Russian clown, Oleg Popov
- “If you find yourself able to make people laugh it is God’s gift. You have to do everything from the bottom of your heart.” – Great American circus clown, Otto Griebling
